Polyvore!
Hello, all my fabulous ladies out there!
I have recently started something really fun! I have been a member of polyvore for almost a year, but have just recently started playing around on it. And let me tell you, it is so great! I love putting these fabulous outfits together, helping people out with their fashion questions, asking some too, and looking at other's great ideas!
So if you are polyvore, add me :) My name is Mrs.Davis<3
Find me and "agree" with the outfits you like!
Stay fabulous, ladies. And have fun doing it.

Fabulous light lunch for two.
On hot summer days, sometimes eating is the last thing on your mind, but it is important for your health and metabolism to eat, even if its the last thing you want to do. But I have a nice lunch idea for you plus one that is not only good, but good for you!
Tuna Salad Sandwich:
-Two cans of tuna or one of the large cans
-2 T. Mayo or Miracle Whip (I prefer Miracle Whip)
-1 1/2 t. Sour Cream
-1-2 pinches of Dill Weed, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder
-sprinkle of Lawry's Seasoning Salt
-Dash of hot sauce
-1 T. Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (optional)
Mix together and tweak to your liking. Serve cold on bread of your choice, or stick them on bread and put them under the broiler until warm.
For a side, have a fresh spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a glass of ice tea. YUM!
Stay fabulous my ladies!

Being a Fabulous Wedding Guest
Summer is here, than means weddings. After just getting married about two weeks ago (Pictures will be up soon), I thought I would do a post on fabulous wedding guests.
As a bride, I know how rude and crazy some guests can be. So, here is by list of ways to be a fabulous wedding guest.
RSVP: Make sure you send it back, with your name included. Funny how most would think that it would make since to fill it out, completely, before sending it back.
FOLLOW THE ADDRESS: If a invite is addressed to you and only you, that means you and only you. The only time I think this is ok to ignore is if you are married and your other is not included. However, if you have a child and he/she is not included, find a babysitter or regretfully decline. The bride and groom often have to make cuts, but do not take that personally and simply follow their requests.
FOLLOW THE REGISTRY: If you are planning on getting a gift instead of giving them a card with money, please, please, please follow the registry. Many couples spend hours picking out gifts that they want. If you are tight with money or want to pick something that you like, make sure you do it early so you have the chance to spend the amount you want and get them something you would have like to get them if you went off the registry. If you choose a large gift, talk to the couple to see if they prefer it to be at the reception or sent to their home. If bought online, it might be easier to have it sent to them.
BE ON TIME: Try to be there twenty minutes early so that you can be ushered to your seat. Nothing is more annoying than the bride and groom having to wait to start the wedding because of late guests.
DRESS APPROPRIATELY: Number one rule, do NOT wear white or another shade of white. As I hope you already know this but pay attention to the dress code. Floor length dress? Black pants? Sundress? Short-sleeve polo?
STAY OUT OF THE PHOTOGRAPHERS WAY: My grandmother, love her to death, but she was in the back ground of some of our pictures because she wanted to get some shoots. Granted, our photographer was able to take her out, but it was not only annoying during a moment that was for me and my husband, but frustrated because there were time frames we needed to meet. If you want to take a picture of the bride and groom, do so out of the way and do not pause the photographer to do so. They are paying for their photos to get taken, and they usually aren't cheap, so try to respect that.
HAVE FUN!: As a bride, I know I was worried that not everyone would have fun. So, for the sake of the bride and grooms mind, please try to have fun (with out getting drunk.) If you do not know the family, go introduce yourself and congratulate them as well but not try to talk to long. The couple and their family have a lot of people to talk to!
I think that is all :)
Stay fabulous!

Pictures of Fabulous Toes
Being a fabulous girl, one has to be fabulous from head to toe. So how appropriate to have the cutest toes. As the warm weather has kind of stuck around here in Iowa, I am going to show you some great picture I have found that can inspire you for your next pedicure.
How cute are these watermelon toes?
I love the orange with white polka-dots. How fun and summery!
Next, these little lady bugs. Adorable.
You can't go wrong with a set of french tips. If the others are to 'out there' for you, you can always do a french tip with colorful design on one toe. Or if you are doing an at home one, try for summery and bright colors like purple, blue, yellow, orange, and green. My favorite at home pedicure color, right now anyway, is orange because it's so bright and cheerful.
Good luck with the beautiful toes! Stay fabulous, ladies.

Staying Fabulous....In the heat
Today, in Iowa, we reached 95 degrees outside...in May. A little background on the situation, about five days ago it was 30s/40s outside and our heat is heat+humidity. I guess that is just Iowa for you, though. But, in this hot weather, you can get "not-so-fabulous" pretty quick.
I love being outdoors, kayaking, hunting, gardening, camping and so on, but I still want to look exceptionally amazing doing all of these hobbies. So, for staying fabulous in the heat, here are a few products I will review, and tips that really help me!
Stay hydrated. I do not know how many times I have read this in magazines, online, in books, and have heard it from my mother, but they are all right. With heat, and sun, your body can easily get dehydrated. By drinking lots of water your body will function better, your skin will be healthier, and you will sweat when you need to be sweating. Otherwise, the most fabulous thing you will get your hands on is a card from your sister when you are admitted into the hospital.
Oil-free skin. You're at your best friend's outdoor wedding and you look back at the pictures to find your face shinier than the chrome on the limo's wheels. My go-to-product: Neutrogena Shine Control Blotting Sheets (http://www.neutrogena.com/product/shine-control+blotting+sheets.do). These sheets absorb oils without absorbing your make-up! They come in a little 'pouch' that can slip into that stylish clutch of yours.
Facial Sunscreen. In the morning, I apply a sunscreen to my face before applying my make-up. I let it rest so that it doesn't make my skin oily when I apply foundation. Aveeno carries a facial sunscreen with an SPF 70 that I use daily (http://www.aveeno.com/suncare/cp/facial/spf70). I mix a little in with my morning moisturizer and apply. Nobody likes sunburned cheeks, or a chunk of skin removed because of skin cancer.
Mineral, Powder Foundation. I love this stuff! It is great because it is a powder that covers, yet is light and gorgeous. I use the L'Oreal Paris True Match Naturale Mineral Foundation (http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/default.aspx#/#/?page=top{userdata//d+d//|diagnostic|main:pdp//objectid+Cos3a_1//{pdp_tab:pdp_overview//objectid+Cos3a_1//}|media:_blank|nav|overlay:_blank}). It helps absorb oils throughout the day, and doesn't feel or look caked on like liquid foundation can. Plus, the minerals are better for your skin allowing it to still breath in hot, summer days.
As the summer continues, I am sure to find more tips and products to looking and staying fabulous. So stay posted for more. Until then,
Stay Fabulous, Girls.
